Former Rwandan Tutsi allies wand Nkunda's arrest - 23 January 9
Rwanda and Congo have arrested in the territory of Rwanda, Laurent Nkunda, the Congolese Tutsi rebel leader, said during a joint military operation on the border of the Great Lakes. Nkunda has led a Tutsi rebellion in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo since 2004 and is wanted for war crimes. Now and again prior to possible extradition to the DRC to address these costs.
